How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?
Operational delays with our warehouse & carrier may cause delays in shipment processing and delivery times. Please expect a delay of up to 2-3 business days.
Tracking numbers are created the moment the order gets applied a shipment label which is at the end of the fulfillment process. Once the labels are applied to the boxes they are loaded onto the FedEx trailer.
The next scan on the shipment is when the trailer is off-loaded at the FedEx sorting facility.
In these cases, your order has physically left our warehouse and is now on FedEx property likely awaiting to be processed at their sorting facility.
We apologize for this uncontrollable delay and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders received before 12:00pm PST (or 3:00pm EST) are usually shipped the same day they are received (except for weekends).

POTENTIAL OPERATIONAL DELAYS:
The delivery of shipments is the only part of the process that is not directly under the control of Bugermart.com. The volume of shipments FedEx attempting to deliver can at times delay the delivery of shipments that would normally take 5 business days or less. The 5-days is an estimate based on FedEx’s coverage area.
FedEx does have a toll free number 1-800-463-3339 that may be able to give you more details pertaining to your shipment. You will be able to say the word “Representative” or select ‘0’ to speak to a FedEx advisor.

Does ANNEA Deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Currently, at this time our preferred courier service, FedEx, does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please ensure that you do not enter a P.O. box for your delivery address. Please ensure that you do not enter a P.O. box for your delivery address. All orders placed with a P.O. box delivery address cannot be processed and will be automatically canceled and refunded.
We are working on providing alternative shipping options that will ship to a P.O. box in the future.
I do not live in the United States, can I still order?
Unfortunately, we are not offering online sales from BugerMart.com to countries outside of the United States at this time.
I bought my item from a retail store and do not live in the United States, is my item still covered by your Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty service for items purchased from our international retail partners.
